Hydra Fabricators is a full-service pipe fabrication and manufacturing company based in Nisku, Alberta. We serve energy, infrastructure, and industrial clients who need precision work done right — on time, on budget, and without compromise.

Our 40,000 sq. ft. facility is equipped to handle everything from individual pipe spools to large-scale modular assemblies, with the capacity, certifications, and crew to take on the most demanding projects in the field.

Our Process

From Concept to Completion

Engineering & Design

We work from your drawings or develop them in-house. Every spool is planned for precision, fit, and constructability before fabrication begins.

Material Procurement

We source certified materials that meet your project specs and applicable codes — no substitutions without approval.

Fabrication & Welding

Our certified welders and state-of-the-art equipment handle pipe up to 48" diameter, with full traceability throughout production.

Inspection & Delivery

Every spool goes through rigorous QC and pressure testing before it leaves our facility. What arrives on site is ready to go.
